Add Ruffino Lumina Pinot Grigio to a cocktail shaker with ice. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and 6 muddled raspberries. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice, and then top off with ginger beer. Stir brief ly and garnish with 2 remaining raspberries and a lemon wheel.
